故障描述

• Fluidics Error, Select Purge to recover（流路錯(cuò)誤，請(qǐng)選擇“灌注”來(lái)恢復(fù)）

• 選擇 Purge（灌注）只會(huì)導(dǎo)致此錯(cuò)誤信息再次出現(xiàn)

• 故障描述

• 無(wú)法重置流路

• 操作卡住并顯示錯(cuò)誤信息：Select reset to recover（選擇重置以恢復(fù)），但單擊重置按鈕后，此信息再次出現(xiàn)

• 重置 EPC、重新啟動(dòng) MassLynx 或重新啟動(dòng) PC 都不能解決問(wèn)題

• 流路系統(tǒng)出錯(cuò)

• Tune 頁(yè)面上的 Fluidics（流路）選項(xiàng)卡中的 Sample syringe（樣品注射器）項(xiàng)目為灰色

原因

后臺(tái)錯(cuò)誤。MassLynx 和控制臺(tái)一次只能報(bào)告一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤。

解決方法

1. 查看控制臺(tái)日志中是否列出了原始錯(cuò)誤。

2. 采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧┙鉀Q導(dǎo)致該錯(cuò)誤的原因。

3. 灌注流路。

附加信息

如果沒(méi)有明顯的錯(cuò)誤，請(qǐng)嘗試打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉離子源門(mén)，等待一兩分鐘，然后灌注流路。

打開(kāi)離子源體內(nèi)腔，然后稍微用力將其合上。

等待源壓力測(cè)試完成且流路重新初始化。

• Selecting Purge just brings the error back

CAUSE

There is an error in the background. MassLynx and the console can report only?one error at a time.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Inspect?the console log to see if the original error is listed.

2. Take the appropriate action to resolve that error.?

3. Purge the fluidics.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If there is no obvious error, try opening and closing the source door, wait a minute or two, and?then purge the fluidics.?

CAUSE

Poor communication

FIX or WORKAROUND

Open the source enclosure and close it with a slight pressure.

Wait for source pressure test to complete and fluidics to reinitialize.
