一. 首先來(lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)亞馬遜要求的能效標(biāo)簽是什么鬼??？

據(jù)了解，根據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦貿(mào)易委員會(huì)FTC法令要求，LED燈進(jìn)入美國(guó)市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售需要在包裝盒以及燈體上貼上能源標(biāo)貼，向公眾披露該產(chǎn)品的年度耗電量，壽命等信息。

中國(guó)是LED燈泡生產(chǎn)大國(guó)，而北美又是中國(guó)LED燈泡的重要銷(xiāo)售區(qū)域，據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，中國(guó)有三分之一的LED燈泡銷(xiāo)往美國(guó)，美國(guó)進(jìn)口LED產(chǎn)品的國(guó)家中，中國(guó)的占比達(dá)到70%以上，此次LED燈泡下架，給國(guó)內(nèi)很多燈具工廠和亞馬遜商家造成了重大損失。

二.LED燈FTC能效認(rèn)證范圍：（必須是照明用途，產(chǎn)生能耗）

1.帶燈頭的光源類(lèi)燈（E螺口燈頭系列，B卡口燈頭系列，G燈頭系列）

2.燈具類(lèi)（筒燈，工礦燈，面板燈.......）

三.FTC能源標(biāo)簽規(guī)則要求：

Energy Labeling Rule:

If you list an offer on a product that falls under the Energy Labeling Rule, it’s your responsibility to ensure the proper label, icon, or water use information is displayed on the detail page. The federal Energy Labeling Rule requires that these products display:

1.Yellow EnergyGuide labels on detail pages for certain appliances

2.White Lighting Facts labels on detail pages for certain lighting products

3.An energy icon (an encircled capital letter "E") on detail pages for certain lighting products

4.Water use information on detail pages for certain plumbing products

Contact the product manufacturer or private labeler to obtain the proper label, icon, or water use information to comply with the Energy Labeling Rule.
