As you may know, one of Echo's components, our driver, has functional similarities to Process Hacker 2. Its role is to read process memory to identify any potential cheating behaviours. However, recent misconceptions have led to questions about the security and functionality of the system.

First, we want to underline that this is not a security vulnerability. The driver is automatically deleted following usage, leaving no trace on your system, and poses no security risk to the user. It's signed by Microsoft, certified by industry standards and was considered standard practice at the time of its design. Furthermore, there is no existing CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) number for Process Hacker 2 capabilities; therefore, these rumours are based on inaccuracies.

Recently, there were false rumours propagated about "staff members hacking players' accounts" through Echo. We can assure you, this is not only false, but also impossible. Echo has no remote access capabilities or any option to collect any form of personal data from players' computers (you can view our in-app privacy policy upon launch of Echo). Your online security is our top priority and we strongly uphold our commitment to data privacy and security.

Regarding the recent misunderstandings involving EAC, there was an unfortunate situation where numerous players scanned using Echo were mistakenly identified and consequently banned due to a misinterpretation of our binaries. Please be aware that this was entirely unrelated to Echo's driver component or any supposed 'exploits’. EAC quickly recognized and rectified their mistake, reversing all the sanctions incorrectly placed on our users.

We want you to have confidence that our team is actively monitoring and working every day to ensure the continued reliability and integrity of our tool. We will continue to update and enhance our anti-cheat tools to offer you the best and secure gaming experience.
